Core capabilities
-
Real-time collaboration
A single consultation room supports multiple simultaneous speakers; the host console controls recording, layout composition, join links and host tokens. Raise-hand, whiteboard annotation and observer mode are all governed by tokens.
-
End-to-end workflow
Request, acceptance, assignment and scheduling flow end to end with expert qualification and role gating; reports require multi-party sign-off to take effect; follow-up plans, outcome evaluation and reminders close the loop.
-
AI companion agents
Live speech-to-text produces structured minutes; critical values trigger alerts pushed point-to-point to the host with a traceable handling state; reports are auto quality-checked and teaching points extracted. Every agent is switched on by the host and bounded by consent and permissions.
-
Medical imaging review
The imaging gateway archives and retrieves DICOM studies, with ultrasound frozen-frame archiving, series browsing and measurement annotation (stored as SR). Digital pathology whole-slide imaging is on the roadmap.
-
HIS integration
Adapter behaviour is driven by protocol, not vendor: add, rename or remove any HIS vendor and pick REST / HL7v2 / FHIR / MOCK. Field mapping, endpoints and authentication are editable and hot-swapped, and patients can be searched inside a meeting and linked to the consultation.
-
Structured reports
Report versioning with a hash chain — every revision is a new version. Sign-off and signature semantics are complete, and archived PDFs list all signatories with timestamps and content hashes.
-
Compliance and security
On-premise or dedicated-network deployment keeps data inside the hospital. The audit hash chain is verifiable and tamper-evident; SM3 is natively supported (SHA-256 history verifies alongside), SM2 is reserved, and OIDC connects to the hospital identity provider.
