A single consultation room supports simultaneous speakers; the host console controls recording, layout, join links and host tokens, with raise-hand, whiteboard and observer modes.

Request, acceptance, assignment and scheduling flow end to end with qualification and role gating; reports require multi-party sign-off; follow-up plans and outcome evaluation close the loop.

AI companion agents
Live speech-to-text produces structured minutes; critical values alert the host point-to-point with a traceable state; reports are quality-checked and teaching points extracted — all switched on by the host.

Medical imaging review
The imaging gateway archives and retrieves DICOM studies with frozen frames, series browsing and SR annotation; whole-slide pathology imaging is on the roadmap.

HIS integration
Adapter behaviour is driven by protocol, not vendor: add, rename or remove any HIS vendor and pick REST / HL7v2 / FHIR / MOCK; field mapping and authentication are editable and hot-swapped.

Structured reports
Report versioning with a hash chain — every revision is a new version; archived PDFs list all signatories with timestamps and content hashes.

Compliance and security
On-premise or dedicated-network deployment keeps data inside the hospital; the audit hash chain is verifiable, SM3 is native and OIDC connects to hospital identity.
